How to Get to The Lockers (Kolokotroni 9) from Syntagma Square Syntagma Metro station & X95 express bus to the airport It’s super easy to reach us from Syntagma—just a 3-minute walk!
  1. From Syntagma Square, stand facing the Parliament building.
  2. Turn backwards onto Ermou Street (it runs alongside the square, past McDonald’s).
  3. Walk straight for about 200 meters.
  4. Turn right on Voulis Street — it’s just after you pass Zara.
  5. Walk down Kolokotroni for about 50 meters.
  6. Look for number 9 — you’ll see a covered shopping arcade.

How do I pay?
In our stores you can pay by credit card or cash (coins). We accept all major credit cards. If you wish to pay by cash, we advise to have coins beforehand otherwise you can get coins and tokens dispensed by the change machine available on site.
What are the hours of operation?
Our stores are open 365 days. Each store has specific working hours (most of them are open from 7.30 am to 00.30 am, while some are 24/7). We can flex working times upon request.
What will happen if I do not collect my luggage during opening hours?
For security reasons, the store remains closed outside working hours. In case you did not collect your luggage, you may do so in the morning by paying the daily rate. In case of an emergency, please contact us.
Once I leave my luggage in the locker, can I reopen it?
In case you wish to open the locker during the rental period, you may do so without losing your reservation. You will pay for the hours already used and when you close the locker door, the rental period will resume from the point you left it before opening the locker.
When do I pay?
When you reserve a locker in store, you are charged for the first hour. When you return to collect your luggage, you will be charged for the hours you used our service. You can collect your luggage as soon you as you have completed the payment. When you book online you prepay for your locker.
How can I be sure that nobody will open my locker?
When you reserve a locker, you have your unique PIN code. You will use the code to open the locker and collect your luggage. Only you know the code, so we kindly ask you to have it available when you return to collect your luggage.
What happens if my locker won’t open?
In the extreme case you have any difficulty opening your locker, our team is available to assist you in real time to ensure that you are able to collect your luggage.
What security measures are available?
The store is equipped with CCTV cameras that operate 24/7. Each locker has an independent alarm system connected to the central control center.
Are my stuff insured?
We do offer really high end secure luggage storage. In any case we offer an insurance up to €600 per locker with no extra cost for you!
